Fellow 40+/-'ers,
Lets meet at Fletcher's house. We can bike either to Bethesda or Alexandria.

Last week's was great, highlighted by a light meal of humos, falafel, fool, mtabbal as a recharge at Georgetown George's.

We also need to start trying out new trails, this is only a warm up. Please post any suggestions.
